Clarkson Builders were founded in 1992 by brothers John and David Clarkson, the company became Limited in 1997. John and David are both time served tradesmen, John as a carpenter/joiner and David as an electrician. David is a member of the NICEIC electrical governing body. Prior to the formation of Clarkson Builders, John and David both had successful individual companies.
John had a bespoke joinery company and David an electrical company. They worked individually in the high end refurbishment market as sub- contractors and so it seemed a natural progression to join forces and become main contractors.
Clarkson Builders Ltd are the preferred choice for many internationally renowned Architects and designers and enjoy a high reputation in this very demanding but rewarding market.
Clarkson Builders Ltd have built a very skilled and loyal team over the years. Many of the trades people that work for John and David now, worked with them when they were sub- contractors themselves. John and David have decided to keep the company reasonably small to maintain personal contact with all their clients and ensure that the high level of finish and service is maintained.
