The Club is a non-profit making organisation funded entirely by Patrons, Sponsors and membership subscription fees together with revenue generated from the activities.
Taras Chaban is the Head of Buy Side Solutions of one of the biggest stock exchanges in the world, following the acquisition by the stock exchange of the fintech company he co-founded in 2009. Taras holds a Master of Philosophy degree from the University of Liverpool. He is a Ukrainian living in Kent with his wife and three children.
Irina Tymczyszyn is a partner at the London office of one of the biggest global law firms. Irina is an English-qualified lawyer specialising in international arbitration and litigation and is a member of the London Court of International Arbitration. Irina holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of Manchester and was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2001. Irina is a Ukrainian living in Kent with her husband and two daughters.
Ivanna Dorichenko is a managing partner of the London office of a CIS law firm specialising in trade, commodities and international dispute resolution. Originally a Ukrainian qualified lawyer, Ivanna holds an LLM in International Commercial Law from Northumbria University and the GAFTA Trade Diploma and Negotiation and Leadership Certificate from Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School. She was called to the bar of England and Wales in 2014 and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Ivanna is a Ukrainian living in London.
Iryna Tandura works for a renowned US real estate company in London where she is responsible for oversight of the development assets, managing local partners, and underwriting new investments. Iryna co-founded EdVent, a charitable organization, aimed at creating opportunities for academic, professional, and personal development of disadvantaged children and adolescents in Ukraine. Iryna holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Boston University Graduate School of Management. Iryna is a Ukrainian living in London.
