Pass and Co. was established in south east Essex approximately 37 years ago. The parent company (Haigdata) changed ownership in 1997 to Dangate Ltd. and continued trading as Pass and Co.
Our current director has worked for Pass and Co. for approximately 32 years in a variety of roles within the company. Some of our staff have also been employed with Pass and Co. for many years, however we take a progressive view and employ young trainees and apprentices, who gain experience and qualifications within the remedial industry.

At Pass and Co. most of our surveys are free of charge, however we do occasionally need make a small charge for conducting professional damp and/or timber surveys; in these instances the survey fee is deducted from any estimate we provide, should remedial works be required.
We provide a written report giving details of our surveyor’s findings, and include any recommendations for treatment without obligation.
