In 2016 the company made a further substantial investment in a new user friendly website, which offers many features not seen before. The use of video of properties and location films to assist buyers from across the UK and worldwide to view the properties and the areas they are located in on-line.

Great service! Sold our house in just under 6 months. Plenty of viewings although some times wasters but I think that probably goes with the territory of selling a house. Lydia Evans took control of selling our home towards the end of the 6 months and I have to say she was amazing. She fed back to us frequently, was efficient and lovely to talk to. Only young but don’t be put off, she’s great at her job and does it with ease and as if she has many more years experience. A valued member of the team I’m sure . The help and advice given by Martin and Caroline on both the sale of our property and the purchase of our Bungalow was very professional and very personal. The standard of communication was excellent and we sold in just 2 days,we had 5 viewings in the 2 days after putting it up for sale and it was sold to the first viewer. WOW!!! Their expertise in dealing with solicitors was remarkable,after we had some communication problems with getting solicitors to realise Time was of the essence,a word with Martin and he managed to get things moving quickly to the relief of the chain. No reason not to thoroughly recommend them.
A very professional agent and all the staff spoke to me politely and in a friendly manner, as a person and not just a customer. Always kept me up to date with events by personal contact. Feedback on viewings was obtained and given to me promptly. I used their legal associates who were efficient and cost effective, who also kept me up to date with the progress of my sale. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if I wish to sell in the future.
