Business (UK) Ltd. is a London based company specialising in providing practical "hands on" assistance, to small and medium sized organisations, that either wish to improve their profitability, or turn their business around from losses to profit. Most of our clients are in London and the South East.

Our Managing Director is Jonathan Solomons. Jonathan is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. (He also has an MBA but he tends to keep quiet about that). He can therefore offer that rare commodity of sound financial advice based on a proven understanding of commercial reality. He also brings a wealth of hard nosed business experience, following over 20 years as a Senior Manager or Main Board Director of both medium sized companies and PLC's.

Business (UK) was started in 1989. Since then we have helped dozens of businesses; most new clients derive from personal recommendation by satisfied customers. We are also "Select Assured" which means that we are fully approved to carry out assignments that may be subsidised by the Training and Enterprise Councils, Business Links, and Enterprise Agencies.

Our fees are based on the complexity and length of the assignment, but we are confident you will find us competitive.

How can we help you?

Frankly, without meeting you ..... we don't know. However, for example, we can install, implement and train your staff to operate a fully functioning computerised Accounting / MIS system or design a 3 year Marketing strategy. We can also provide a surrogate Finance Director when you need one at a fraction of the cost of one employed full time, or maybe find a buyer for your business or locate and negotiate acquisitions on your behalf.
