Has ultimate responsibility for the day to day running through to developing strategies for business development and growth.

Works with all departments of the business to help plan and manage budgets. Collates information to provide analysis for historic, current and future planning. Hands on in general accounts and personnel.
Pete has spent 25 years within the air conditioning industry and has a wealth of experience. His technical ability and knowledge will help to generate and develop new business. He is also responsible for the smooth running of installation projects for clients including Boots and The Co-op.
Works closely with the other managers in the team expanding the business and promoting the company. Having worked previously in the service sector he recognises the importance of ‘getting it right’ first time and so strives to ensure that our level service is always at its highest.
Coordinates smooth running of the office and over looks all departments of the business. Responsibilities include premises, IT, communications, website, staff training & courses. Staff welfare.
Liaises with clients on behalf of the directors. Provide quotations, follow ups, manuals and ordering of parts. Manages sub contractors and labour allocations. Manages the company vehicles ensuring services, MOT’s, warranties and breakdowns are kept up to date.
Accepts service calls/breakdowns by phone/email. Plans engineers’ diaries to location and priority of calls. Provides quotations to clients for completion of works. Orders parts and sees jobs through to satisfactory client completion.
As well as working in the accounts department Alexandra is also responsible for all Cool Projects payroll
