Fascias and Bargeboards are installed to give support to the eaves (bottom row of tiles), provide a fixing point for the gutter, and to help protect the timber rafters from the weather. We would always recommend installing new fascias however we also stock a range of capping boards, which can save time, and can be straight fixed onto existing, good condition fascias.
