ABOUT OPTIMAL CRM LIMITED
We are based just outside of Leeds in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire. We concentrate on the North of England but have clients across the UK. Optimal was founded by Keith Cockerham who has been in the IT/CRM Industry since 1999 and working with Microsoft CRM since version 1. Keith has worked on countless CRM projects over the years including many household names and implementations in excess of 500 users.
Optimal CRM is part of the DCS Group (Dust Control Systems) a private, family owned group of companies with a history spanning 30 years, a combined group turnover of £8m and employs over 60 staff.
Optimal are one of only a handful of Microsoft Cloud CRM Partners – one of the first in the UK to achieve this status. We are a managed Microsoft Partner and a member of the UK Microsoft CRM Online SMB Partner Advisory Council.
