Business Transformation was set up by Michael Wellin, a business psychologist, with many years experience of working at senior levels to deliver people solutions in financial services, engineering, professional services, manufacturing, local and national government and not for profit organisations. Michael works with a team of professional associates to deliver client assignments. Associates include experts in leadership development, facilitation, assessment, and statistical and data analysis.
Our clients cross the spectrum from international engineering firms such as Arup, insurance companies like Validus, through to UK SME’s in manufacturing, and services. Over the years we have worked particularly with professional services firms: accountants, architects, economists, engineers, IT , media and search firms, where the quality of people and what they deliver is the single most important driver of business performance.
Our work is characterized by use of the most advanced methods and tools available. We also pioneer our own methodologies, such as using the psychological contract to facilitate culture change, and the use of qualitative customer research methods to help organisations to understand their customers’ critical priorities even better.
