IWI Associates is the vehicle through which Steve and Alison Frosdick and their associates undertake management research, consultancy and training work for clients. Assignments are delivered through a network of freelance consultants and experts who are bought in to the company as required.
IWI Associates believes that quality is about delighting the customer with timely and cost-effective delivery of products and services which the client is pleased to sign off as fit for purpose. Whilst we acknowledge their place, we do not believe that quality is entirely about process compliance. Accordingly, we have not sought accreditation under any of the process compliance-based quality assurance systems.
IWI Associates works to the generic Health and Safety policy recommended for small business by the Health and Safety Executive, namely that it is IWI policy:
To provide adequate control of the health and safety risks arising from our work activities;
To provide and maintain safe plant and equipment;
To provide information, instruction and supervision for staff;
IWI Associates undertakes to comply with all and any client Health and Safety requirements when undertaking any assignments.
IWI Associates recognises its responsibility to minimise the environmental impact of its activities. However, IWI also recognises that an international consultancy business will inevitably have a relatively high carbon footprint. This has to be offset against the wider benefits to global society which IWI’s expertise can bring.
To recycle paper, plastic, glass and electrical products using the local authority facilities provided;
