We have a professional co-packing facility used by companies up and down the UK. The facility has been audited by multi-national food manufacturers, supermarkets and BRC for certain operations. We are FERA, BWA, SEDEX approved and manage a trade facility bonded warehouse under HM Revenue and Customs. The premises are covered by CCTV and monitored by Redcare System.
is a method of packing multiple products together by encasing it in a polypropylene sheet, passing the products through an oven/hot air environment, causing the polypropylene to shrink and tightly bound the products together. It is commonly used for protecting and keeping bottled/canned products on shallow, food quality trays. This then gives the product more stability, protects it from tampering and can be used to show marketing images etc (printed shrink wrap).
is a method of wrapping product with a continue flow of wrapping material.
Products such as biscuits, confectionery and stationary booklets or collations of both can be wrapped in food grade polypropylene with a crimp seal top and bottom and fin seal running the length of the pack.
