Incorporated in 1995, Effect Systems Ltd provides a comprehensive range of test and repair services to the electronics industry including, Quality Assurance, Pre-Delivery Inspection and Post Sales and Telephone Support, with particular expertise in the fields of broadcast technology, instrumentation and power supplies.

Many companies now choose to outsource post sales engineering support as a cost effective and efficient means of ensuring fast and responsive customer service and thus enabling them to focus on their core activities of product development and/or sales promotion.

Effect Systems can take on responsibility for all post sales support and provide vital feedback to our clients with respect to product reliability and feature sets. Whilst possessing the skills to repair equipment of many types even to component level, we can also hold client stock of replacement assemblies and or finished product on your behalf and handle the entire support process in-house, maintaining the absolute minimum of client involvement in this routine, albeit important activity.
