Our client base is an astounding 80% repeat business, this we believe to be because we are living our vision and continue to evolve, even in this department. Our management systems are accredited to IS0 9001 ISO 14001 OHAS 18001 standard. Our dedicated HSQE department are dedicated to the prevention of accidents and lowering risk.

The foundations for the aforementioned reputation is built upon proven ability to succeed in completing projects not only within budget, within programme and to specification; but also through its effective communication with its clients and employees, thus adding a personal touch to all that they do.
Rochford Construction Ltd continues to thrive and is has grown consistently in the last 20 years with this, they have expanded to provide Sub & Super structure RC Frames, Piling, Plant Hire, Hard landscaping also pioneering technology for laser levelling.
With Health & Safety being at the heart of their vision and values, Rochford Construction Ltd ensure 100 % CSCS qualification for every employee on every project; they also promote continuous personal development, with a rigid training plan in place for each individual. Rochford Construction Ltd proudly present an accident rate of under 0.01% along with Management systems which are ISO 14001 IS0 19001 and OHAS 18001 accredited.
