CJH Land is a privately owned independent land and development agency whose primary focus is the sale of land & property for residential development on behalf of retained clients. In addition to this we also specialise in the procurement and delivery of affordable housing, ensuring that we are able to maximise the value from all aspects of residential development.

We are a dynamic and motivated company whose main objective is creating, adding and maximising value in the sale of residential and mixed use development sites.

Our company ethos is based on service to our clients, communication, hard work, honesty and over 50 years experience in the residential development and the affordable housing  sectors.

The majority of the land agency side of the business is overseen by 2 of the Directors Chris Glover and Matthew Hiles, whilst the affordable housing side of the company is run by fellow Director, Simon Parks.

We welcome the time to discuss and advise land and property owners on all aspects of their land and property with a view to realising its full potential.
