Following graduation from Oxford University in Philosophy, Politics and Economics, Sonya began work in the financial services sector. Throughout her career she has held operational services management roles, worked in HR, in Learning & Development, Organisational Development and in Culture Change roles helping to deliver new strategic direction to organisations.
My ultimate aim is to share knowledge, skills and insight to allow individuals and organisations to maximise potential and results. Effective organisations have happy, healthy and capable people working within them to collectively deliver excellence. I see my role as helping to unleash talent, opportunity and remove obstacles to success.
Phyllis is a Director and has been with the Vector Group from the outset. She is a skilled client relationship manager with a particular focus on ensuring that clients’ needs are always met in a timely and effective manner. She co-ordinates all material preparation, distribution, analysis and report production of our 360° feedback product.
