Scot Lewis Associates was launched in 1997 when we placed our first contractors. Since then we’ve grown to cover both permanent and contract placements and have filled roles in a wide range of Investment Banks, Brokerage Houses and specialist FS systems houses.

We are proud of the reputation we have established for effective delivery and quality service, and the loyalty of our clients, contractors and candidates.

Our Managing Director, Ken Camp, has spent a large part of his career leading the back-office IT functions of major international Investments Banks. He has been responsible for the strategic development and support of Operations and Finance technology platforms with UK, European and global reach, including implementation of some of the industry’s major packaged systems (e.g. Gloss, Fidessa). He has also worked in Retail Banking, addressing a wide range of business requirements including card processing systems.

The breadth and depth of this experience gives us a real edge in helping clients define and position the role and in vetting candidates for technical competence and fit with the client environment.
