He started his career in 1987 with Touche Ross, now known as Deloitte. Aldrich’s wealth of experience lies with small owner managed businesses. He’s been a Manager at Stern for almost 20 years.

Lucy has extensive experience in the day to day runnings of accounting firms as well as Marketing and Business Development.
She re-joined the firm in 2014 after working with hundreds of accounting firms as an Account Manager for Xero.

Bilal has developed an extensive knowledge of tax and has advised clients on a wide range of areas including Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax, Employment Tax, Trusts, Investments, Residency, Business Restructuring, and Properties.

He then spent a year working in industry for The BOC Group, and then returned to the profession working with Moore Stephens (which currently has almost 2,000 partners). During his time with this firm he dealt with a varied portfolio of large audit clients and broadened his audit experience. George then went on to work for BDO Stoy Hayward before joining Levy Gee (now part of Numerica) as an Audit Manager and subsequently became the PA to one of the partners.
In February 1985 George formed Stern & Company and was joined by Jeffrey Joss as the second partner in 1990. He has gained experience in corporate disposals, employee share schemes, overseas companies, UK subsidiaries of overseas companies, tax schemes and has provided business development advice to many of his clients.
George enjoys dealing directly with his larger clients and taking an important role within their companies to both enhance and protect their wealth by understanding what they want from their business.
George Stern FCA started Stern & Company Limited in 1985. In 1990 he was joined by Jeffrey Joss FCA as second partner.
Over the next 20 years, they worked together to provide innovative, timely, and cost-effective services to all types of businesses.
George is now the principal Director of Stern & Company (now known as Stern). He is supported by 4 Senior Managers who have a combined experience of 85 years in accounting and taxation.
George, the managers and the rest of the team have always had the same goal: to help our clients succeed and prosper.
This wouldn’t be possible without forming a close bond with our clients to ensure we fully understand their business and personal objectives.
