I would like to let you know how appreciative I was of all your assistance in setting up our three new machines and the wonderful and easy installation we had last week with the help of Roger and Ryan who made the transition to the new machines very easy. They were both very patient and happy to explain repeatedly the use of the machines, to all my members of staff, which meant my staff have been able to use the machines now for the past week without any hiccups or hassle.
