About Grosvenor Aircraft
John Kistner at Grosvenor Aircraft was for nearly 20 years owner of Mistral Aviation, and during this time has had a wide experience of all types of Robins, encompassing of course the famous wood DR 400/500 series, but also including the metal 2 seat & 4 seat aircraft which were also produced by Robin. During this time we sold well over 100 new and 2nd hand Robins of all types, of which the 2 seat metal HR 200 & R 2100 were particularly successful. Metal aircraft are sadly no longer made by Robin, and the new wooden DR 401 derivative is still being distributed by Mistral but now under its new owners Steve & Jennie Bailey, based at Elstree. Grosvenor Aircraft however is continuing with the sales of used Robins, particularly of the 2 seat metal types.
Production of these aircraft continues in New Zealand as the ALPHA 120 and APHA 160, and we have imported several of these both new and used.
If you have one of these two excellent 2 seat metal Robin HR200 or R2100 ALPHA to sell we would like to hear from you. We can advise on selling through us as brokers (Chances are we will have sold the aircraft previously). We regularly are contacted by potential buyers looking for one of these aircraft. In some circumstances we can discuss purchase by us.
