Rossmark Construction Ltd was formed in 1994 by Mark Gorman to specialise initially in the construction of high quality house extensions in the private sector. Since its inception Rossmark has grown into a £2million turnover company with a broadening work description together with a rapidly expanding client base.

The directors and professional staff live in and around Bethersden, Kent and are involved in community life of the village. As a local company with offices, yard and stores at Bethersden we employ a largely Weald based workforce.

We are aware of the current skill shortage within the building industry and the tide of young people moving away from the local community to find employment. We therefore offer training opportunities to local young people be providing apprenticeships schemes in all the main building trades.

Most of our work is negotiated and secured via recommendation and repeat order clients. This had been achieved in a large part through the skills of our work force in producing a high quality product. Just a few of the clients we have worked with:
