An independent company, we were founded in 1994 by Nick Hiscock and Chris Goodfellow following extensive operational careers with Southern Electricity. The invention of TAPP (Transformer Automatic Paralleling Package) and the subsequent SuperTAPP relay established the company as leaders in voltage control for electrical grids. This was followed up with further developments and inventions relating to the onset of digital technology and a changing grid.
Today we are headed up by Jon Hiscock and continue to focus on innovation, quality engineering and delivering for our customers. The company has ambitious targets for continuous growth and development of further products and services around grid control.
