Parlison Properties is an entrepreneurial business focusing on the property market and through its experience has the knowledge and capability to focus on all sectors of the commercial property market.

Parlison would normally be responsible for negotiations with local councils leading to a scheme obtaining planning consent, for negotiating with affected landowners wherever required and for securing the necessary legal agreements to allow developments to proceed.  Once a scheme is on site Parlison manage it in accordance with the business plan.  Regular meetings are held with a number of parties to ensure that various levels of development team's hierarchy, from client to professional, are in touch with progress made and issues being encountered.
