A major part of our work is dealing with deceased estates. This involves giving accurate advice on both the Probate and Selling aspects of the contents of properties at a sensitive time. From small flats to large houses with contents comprising antiques, jewellery, fine art and the inevitable leftovers which need to be disposed of, we can help .

From humble beginnings we are now the first UK provincial auction house to offer you direct access for viewing sales, bidding and keeping up to date via our own Chalkwell Auctions app.
