Holly Lodge (Kingswood) Limited is a family owned business providing well managed retirement park home estates in the Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire and West Sussex areas for over 45 years.

He has continued to maintain and improve the parks for everyone’s benefit. He is also a member of the British Holiday and Park Homes Association (BH&HPA) holding the distinct SE1 membership within the South East region. The BH&HPA is a professional association which aims to provide advice, news and information for park owners to assist with the management and raising of standards within the park home industry.

We do not have on site wardens or park managers however all parks are managed under the supervision of our Parks Manager Elaine Richards who has been working within the business for 14 years.
