Rudi established Hicel in 2002, with a vision to offer outstanding IT support to small and medium sized businesses. He has in-depth knowledge in IT, developed over 30 years working in the industry, and aims to deliver IT services and support to businesses across the north of England.
Barbara started working at Hicel in 2002 after graduating from university in 1998 with a Computer Science degree. She has since developed a plethora of IT skills and knowledge and is a Microsoft Certified Professional and a Microsoft Small Business Server specialist.
Déjà started with us in 2014 as an IT support trainee after graduating from university with a Secure and Forensic Computing degree. She now works in IT support, working alongside Barbara to look after Hicel customers and continue to build her skills.
Linda spent 24 years working in finance and customer services with British Gas. She then went on to work for Bass Brewers (now Coors) as a professional and technical adviser. Linda now looks after office management and administration at Hicel.
Ian has been working in the creative web industry for 16+ years, worked with clients ranging from sole traders to international companies. He creates fully responsive websites that are controlled by a content management system so websites can be updated and keep fresh at any time. Goes above and beyond to help clients get a return from their investment.
He is a committed at striving to provide clients with the best service and solutions for their electrical requirements.
