Niken will on all contracts have a pre start meeting with all parties concerned to establish that we all understand what is involved in delivering a quality project. This meeting will enable all involved to raise any concerns as to the build and if alternative products to the same high specification can be used which may reduce the cost of the build to the client.
We have all the relevant Health and Safety policies in place and hold Construction line, Chas accreditations and are NHBC registered. We can if requested provide references.

Niken constructed our new reception building in 2013. We are delighted with it, and with them! From the outset, they managed the project well and we always felt that they wanted to do the best job for us, rather than simply work to a specification and price. In such projects, the site agent is the key to success, and ours was superb! In the last four years we have worked with two other contractors on major projects and, of the three, it is only Niken that I would happily recommend to others.

Whilst we are coming to the end of Phase 1 of our new classroom extension, on behalf of staff and governors of Kingshurst Primary school I would like to pass on how extremely pleased we are with the work carried out by Niken Construction. From the start of the project, meetings have been consistent with both the authorities project team, and members of the Niken Construction team. In particular Richard Jordan, On-site Contracts Manager, has been more than understanding of the needs of the school which has made the working days of the Site Management team a lot easier.
