Care Micro has its head office and main repair workshop in Scarborough, with supporting offices in Leeds and Hull.

Care Micro pride themselves on delivering next door standards of customer service – with a national reach.

The most recent upgrade involved Care Micro Systems designing and installing a Clustered Fail Over Solution. This consisted of 2 physical servers connected to a storage array using fibre connectors. This solution provides high speed connections for the virtual machines and data. Server Licences can be stacked on the physical machines. This also gives greatest flexibility should one of the physical servers go off-line as the virtual servers can be spun up immediately on the other physical server. A network switch refresh was also included to give a fully stackable 1Gb solution for up to 192 connections.
