Richard’s daughter, Emily, started working for the family business in 2007 and specialises in workplace pensions, saving for, and accessing, benefits at retirement.

Richard is an associate of the Chartered Insurance Institution, a Chartered Insurance Practitioner, holding the Financial Conduct Authority’s permission to conduct pension transfers. He has had several papers published. He has broadcast on both local and national radio and has also acted as an expert witness on pensions since before 1992. Richard is a Resolution accredited divorce specialist fully experienced and practiced in the areas of the collaboration and mediation. He is a member of the North Staffordshire Chamber and Rotary.
Kate, who is also one of our Directors, is responsible for the smooth running of the company and has gained the Certificate in Financial Administration. She deals with more technical administration matters, in particular the ongoing administration of our many self invested clients. Kate also specialises in life insurance including Key Man, Group Life and Critical Illness.
Gemma provides support to Emily and Kate on auto enrolment and client administration. She works closely with Richard producing our in-house investment performance statistics.
Sarah has worked in financial services for over 15 years and has achieved her Financial Planning Certificate 1 and 2 and pension simplification exams. She is an expert in the field of auto enrolment, helping companies to ensure they are complying with the new workplace pension regulations.
Emily has also passed the Pensions Management Institute Certificate in Pensions Automatic Enrolment. This is a nationally recognised qualification and demonstrates that we can advise businesses about their legal obligations on the new workplace pension.
