ABOUT RISHTON WASTE PAPER LIMITED
Founded in 1984 by Managing Director, Bill Braysford, the firm began operating from a small unit in the town - before Bill was joined by his wife, Joan, and his two sons, Billy and Andrew. By 1985 the business had grown sufficiently to facilitate a move to the current premises on the Riverside Industrial Estate, the site of the former Rishton Paper Mill. This consists of an 8,000 sq ft warehouse and a yard capable of storing up to 1,000 tonnes of waste paper/recyclables. Continuing to go from strength to strength, in 2012 we won a tender with Hyndburn B C for their mixed plastics. We now employ 15 members of staff full-time.
Rishton Waste Paper Ltd is a registered carrier with the Environmental Agency.

From Junction 6, M65, follow signs for Rishton. Continue through the town and turn into the sign-posted Riverside Industrial Estate on the left hand side. Rishton Waste Paper Ltd is at the bottom of this yard.
From Junction 7, M65, turn onto Dunkenhalgh Way, turn left at the traffic lights. At the bottom of the hill take the right onto sign-posted Riverside Industrial Estate. Again, Rishton Waste paper is at the bottom of this yard.
