We have a contract with the Legal Aid Agency to provide free legal advice and assistance in claims for Asylum, Fresh Claims and applications under Domestic Violence. Together with representation before the First Tier & Upper Tribunals. This is subject to a means and merits assessment.
In addition we are able to provide, again subject to a means and merits assessment, a funding certificate from the Legal Aid Agency to cover proceedings in Judicial Review Claims, proceedings before the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.
