ABOUT BUNDRED & GOODE LIMITED
Our approach is to provide a bespoke service tailored to the individual needs and aspirations of our clients. We keep up to date with the factors that influence developments in the sectors in which we specialise. By using the latest 3D conceptual design and building information modelling software we are able to develop and present our design proposals, to make changes quickly in response to feedback and to produce efficiently the information required for construction.
We have been designing primary healthcare facilities since the company was incorporated in 1991. Initially we worked for GP’s on “improvement grant” and “cost rent” projects. Subsequently we have been involved in numerous primary care projects with third party developers. Currently we are working on both 3PD schemes and directly for GP’s who are acting as their own developers. Other projects include retail units, offices, call centres, housing developments and churches.
