days. I dropped it off for a speedy fix and even then the guy booked it in under the wrong phone model. After a week they stated they had to order the part, makes you wonder what they were doing for a week. Then for each following week they said they hadn't received the part and had to order it. Should arrive in a few days and it would be repaired as a priority. After a month of getting the same update each week I realised this was going nowhere so I cancelled the repair and got the phone returned. The return and refund were the only quick things they did. Went to Raphone in Wimbledon instead who ordered the part immediately so I could get the phone repaired next day. They called to confirm the part had arrived. I dropped by and it was done in a couple hours. Top job, couldn't fault them. Highly recommended.AVOID QUICK MOBILE FIX!USE RAPHONE!

The guy at the reception has got amazing customer service and they're all in general really nice and helpful. firmware upgrade, which did not cure it. Other shop failed repeatedly to get a battery for me, it was always "due tomorrow". RAPHONE had the battery in stock and took 20 minutes to change it. Very pleasant staff. Phone was looked after with no data loss or any marks etc. Highly recommended, I wish I had gone there months ago. Phone lasts up to 24 hours now.
