COMPANY PROFILE
Rigiflex Extrusions Ltd was founded in Northampton in 1960. The company grew steadily before it moved to Brixworth in 1970 and following further growth it was decided to move to an all-purpose built factory in 2007.
The company has been built on a reputation for high quality, good innovation and technical expertise with a wide range of materials to produce a range of simple and complex plastic profiles and tubes.
Many of are clients have specific requirements that we have to meet, so right from the start we can offer advice and help in anyway we can. We also offer a fast turnaround service where possible for those who are on short lead times.
Although we do not make a finished product, you will see are extrusions in most if not all of the major stores such as BOOTS TESCO NEXT BODYSHOP CLINTON CARDS to name a few, plus lots of smaller shops would be fitted with our slat wall range.
We as a company recycle 95% of all our start up waste and can recycle pvc abs and styrene. We also buy in rigid pvc, so as you can see we are doing are bit to help the environment.
As a company we are always looking at ways to improve and increase our capabilities, we have just replaced one of our old m/c and are looking to replace another one in the new year 2011.
We are also looking at petg, we hope to have this on our list of materials very shortly, we will keep you updated.
Rigiflex Extrusions, ideally located in the centre of the UK in Northamptonshire, has been plastic extruders since the 1960’s. Specializing in both rigid and flexible plastic profiles and tubes, our bespoke service is second to none.
We have a fully equipped in house tool room and can offer design expertise from concept through to full production runs.
Rigiflex Extrusions has built its reputation on flexibility and quality.
We also have a second operations department that would look to investigate and help customers overcome problems
Our plastic extrusions are utilized in all kinds of applications ranging from Shopfitting point of sale, lighting diffusers, Toys, Refrigeration, Aircraft industry, Construction and Building, Agricultural, Caravan and the Automotive industry, right through to Promotional Products and Gardening aids.
