Since 1990 The Amargo Consultancy has been helping clients to improve leadership and performance through a unique combination of facilitation, team development and one to one coaching. This can be applied within in-house teams, across departments or organisations, through whole supply chains and industry wide alliances.
Clients span the public, private and third sectors and include Virgin West Coast, the Department of Health, Lloyds Banking Group, Leonard Cheshire Disability, FirstGroup plc, Greenwich Primary Care Trust, University of Cumbria and many other less well known names including a regional law firm, national retail interiors company and an international consulting engineering organisation.
We empower and enable our clients, developing their in-house knowledge, experience and capability: we are the catalysts for change that the client leads, directs and manages - we do not do it to them or for them: we do it with them.
