JMJ Woodworking machinery have been in existence for over 25 years supplying Industrial Woodworking machines to trade users. Originally working from rented premised in Beverley and only selling used woodworking machinery in Yorkshire we moved to our existing home in 1987 when we took on agencies for new woodworking machines initially selling Wadkin, Startrite, Sedgwick and Record wood working machines. However for the last 15 years we have acted as main agents for new woodworking machinery manufacturers SCM, this agency allows us to also supply new machines from Minimax, Centauro, L'invinsible, Technomax and Stromab. Over time we have gradually expanded our premises culminating in a major rebuilding program in 2004. This has now given us one of the most extensive woodworking machinery showrooms in the UK carrying in stock over 400 used and new wood working machines.
JMJ Woodworking machinery has around 400 used and new woodworking machines on display along with a fully stocked tooling department which offers customers an excellent mail order service for woodworking machinery tooling & spares. In our engineering workshops we refurbish used woodworking equipment, these along with the sales office and tooling department are now all under one roof.
JMJ woodworking carries out many of its own deliveries employing trained drivers, using vehicles which have been adapted specifically for this purpose also service engineers are available to commission newly installed woodworking equipment.
JMJ hold many agencies for new products including SCM, Sedgwick, Minimax, Centauro & Stromab and in addition offer a vast selection of used woodworking machinery including from some of the more traditional British manufacturers including Wadkin, Startrite Dominion and Multico.
We are the UK importers for several European woodworking machinery manufacturers, both directly supplying and wholesaling their products throughout the UK. These include Omec dovetailers & crosscuts, Pustch Meniconi vertical panelsaws, Morso mitre guillotines, and Volpato Sanders. These products along with the American manufactured Kregg pocket hole drilling machines which we import directly from the USA fill in the gaps that our other woodworking machinery agencies do not cover.
We also have special relationships with companies that supply some of the more specfic products around timber manufacturing processes. These include Lamont woodwelders & clamps, Hoffmann dovetail key & notching machines and Inventair fabrications dust extractors, they are dust extraction experts, this allows us to offer our customers a complete package.
