Tim has worked for JWL Since 2006 but left the company to pursue a life of leisure and luxury in the South West. Eventually the tools came calling again and after a year on the tools back in Nottingham, he re-joined the team at JWL as contracts manager in April 2016. Hilary is married to Colin and brings with her a plethora of experience in payroll, administration and accounting. She has worked for large blue chip companies in the past and decided to take the plunge and join the company in 2015. Hilary works closely with Colin and the girls upstairs in accounts and together they help to keep the business running smoothly. Her attention to detail has helped to avert many a crisis already.
Chris has worked in the tools and fixings industry for many years and has since added ironmongery to his portfolio when he joined the team at JWL in May 2002 from Maun Marketing. He likes to help the customers find a bargain and will deliver items direct to a customer’s site or home at the drop of a hat. Chris is always polite and courteous and loves to offer impeccable customer service. A typical salesman, he likes to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ian joined JWL as a young boy September 1996 having worked for the council amongst other jobs. He has an abundance of knowledge in many fields of the trade, he has built up a rapport with the customers and also enjoys the banter and social aspect of work as much as the next person. Watch out for practical jokes. Ian also drives the company van when required and is fantastic cover when our regular driver is on holiday or when an important or urgent delivery needs to be made.
