First Byte Micro Limited is the UK office of GLYN and has been trading since 1989. Following a management buy out in 2008 which included the name change from GLYN UK, we have established ourselves as one of the UK's leading Franchised and independant stocking distributors.

Let us prove that by combining our full service disciplines, we can understand your business and offer a truly integrated approach that is not tied to specific manufacturers or pricing structures.  We understand it is not always buying products at the best possible price; the devices also have to be of the highest quality as well.  In an age of counterfeiting, we reassure you that product is only purchased from our approved vendor list of authorised suppliers as set out in our BSI QA Manual and subject to our vendor management program.  This involves using the electronic resellers association (ERAI) to provide updated information on faulty, high risk or counterfeit parts as well as assessing suppliers.  For obsolete, EOL or otherwise difficult components purchased from non authorised sources, we perform the most stringest inspection upon receipt of the goods.
