NDB Construction Limited was founded in 1989 and undertakes all aspects of main contracting particularly specialising in refurbishment. The company is family owned and the loyalty and expertise of our managers, tradesmen and labourers, many of whom have been with the company for over 20 years, gives us the edge over our competitors. We are regularly asked back by clients for repeat work as they know that our efficiency and quality of workmanship can be relied upon.
We are recognised for our expertise in high end refurbishment for some of London’s most prestigious property owners where we have gained a reputation for high quality time sensitive work.
NDB Construction’s philosophy for all of its construction operations is very much that of adopting a non-adversarial approach and in all cases working with Clients, Design Teams and Supply Chain in promoting best practice. We pride ourselves on our ability to communicate with clients and to really listen to their voiced requirements. It is this willingness to take time to really understand the client’s needs which is above all else the vehicle through which we achieve added value.
