Regent Management Limited is a residential management company dedicated to providing exceptional facility management services to apartment residents, owners and developers.
We were incorporated in November 1988, and since then have expanded steadily and sustainably, building our resource and assets alongside our services and responsibilities. We are very proud to be managing some of the same apartment blocks that were our very first clients when we began trading over two decades ago.
Wholly family-owned, our directors take very active roles in the day-to-day running of the business. We have a well-established reputation for providing our clients with a high quality and responsive service.
We are based in offices in Leeds, and currently manage over 1100 properties in 30 separate developments across the North of England. They range from small apartment blocks to larger portfolios, secure developments and retirement schemes.
Ours is a very compact team of dedicated, hands-on people, who pride themselves in taking a personal interest in what we do for you. You will always have a single point of contact – someone who will champion your project, lead all action for you and be right there to offer technical advice whenever you need it. Despite this, everyone in our office will be happy and able to help in any way…
Darren is responsible for the overall management and direction of the company including inspections, appointment of contractors, service quality and delivery, specifications and tendering and Health and Safety legislation. Darren has been involved with Regent since its formation in 1988. Darren holds a BSc (Hons) degree.
Nick has a wealth of experience working in different areas of the property market for nearly 20 years. After a degree in Urban Estate Management, he worked in residential lettings and property management across West Yorkshire, firstly for local then national Estate Agents, ultimately as a Branch Lettings Manager. Before joining Regent, Nick worked in one of the largest and leading Business Transfer Agents in the country, successfully selling commercial properties and businesses around Yorkshire.
Linda is responsible for assignments, transfers, consents, credit control, sales and general enquiries. Linda has been with the company since 1996.
David advises on the general administration of the company, in particular liaison with landlords and management companies. David’s expertise in housing management and residential development is backed by qualifications and experience of the industry gained in local authorities, housing associations and private property companies since 1955.

This well established scheme was set up to provide a free, fair and independent service for dealing with unresolved disputes between Estate Agents, Lettings and Property Management Agents and consumers. To be members we must follow a strict code of practice, consequently our clients can be reassured that they will only receive the very best service.
