We have been established since 1983 and have been based in Narberth, Pembrokeshire, since then. For over 35 years we have provided an award winning PVCu window, door and conservatory system covering all of Pembrokeshire and its borders between Carmarthenshire and Cardiganshire. We have more recently moved into the market of sourcing and installing high quality composite and aluminium windows and doors.
The majority of our PVC products are manufactured at our Spring Gardens Factory in Narberth. They are made to extremely high standards by local craftsmen. With every frame being manufactured from individual measurements, your installation can be carried out with the very minimum of mess, disruption or possible problems.
By manufacturing our own products we are able to guarantee their quality by providing a full 10 year insurance backed warranty, which gives you full peace of mind with your purchase. This warranty is one of very few that actually covers you for everything for a 10 year period, even the hardware, and there are no catches or small print that we can use as a get out clause. Over the last 35 years our reputation has spoken for itself with many others trying to copy us but ultimately failing. This full warranty also applies to any bought in products we use, such as conservatory roofing products, bi-folding and composite doors. Although we do not manufacture composite and aluminium products ourselves we source these from hi quality, long established experts in their field and we then professionally install the items ourselves.
Our PVC products are manufactured by using only PVCu materials from the world's leading designer and extruder of advanced window, door and conservatory systems - VEKA plc. VEKA are a German Company originally and are still, like ourselves, totally family owned. VEKA have been established in the UK for over 30 years, having previously purchased the old Gardinia profile we set ourselves up with way back in 1983. In an industry where quality and integrity cannot always be taken for granted, it is reassuring for you to know we use materials which carry a name that earns the highest respect throughout the industry. We manufacture the VEKA Matrix 70 mm system at our factory, however, we are able to purchase, to our exacting standards and specification, any VEKA profile range including sash windows and bi-folding doors.
We are also part of the Network VEKA Organisation. To become a member of this organisation, we have to undergo stringent and ongoing annual training. We also have to prove that our product knowledge and standards of workmanship are second to none. Only then do we get our annual membership certificate. We are audited on an annual basis by Network VEKA and can not afford to let our standards drop whatsoever. The consumer can contact Network VEKA independently should they have any concerns which helps to keep the bar raised regarding our quality and professionalism. Our trained window installers are full-time employees of ours, not sub-contracted workers like many others and they have to be audited by Network Veka on an annual basis.
We have won the quality award for Wales from Network VEKA for a record six times, no other PVC company in Wales has managed that accolade. We receive feedback from Network VEKA on a monthly basis on our own customer satisfaction levels. Our average customer satisfaction figures are over 96 per cent. That means that over 96% of our customers would recommend us. Within the last twelve months we have recently been informed that our customer satisfaction levels are now running at 100%. We are one of a very small minority of companies that can state this.
