Vertex Moulding Ltd. has been operating for the past 22 years and is committed to delivering quality plastic injection moulding at competitive prices. Based in Folkestone, Kent, we are interested in working with our customers to generate timely and cost effective solutions to their plastic injection moulding needs.
With over 50 years of combined experience in the plastics industry, we offer products and services that satisfy a range of technical requirements � from tool design and material selection to packaging options. We can take your design idea and develop it technically for production purposes, manufacture moulds from technical drawings or adapt your existing moulds for our machines.
Vertex has the equipment and experience with a wide range of materials to offer our customers a service that will meet their individual needs. We specialise in working with our clients from design, prototypes, choice of materials, mould manufacture, first-off samples to production and the finished product.
In addition to design and moulding, we can support just-in-time (JIT) production through producing larger economic batch quantities and storing the surplus in our warehouse, delivering the required quantities to your company over the year
