Where required we can provide DBS approved operatives who have undergone criminal background checks. This is often required when working in sensitive areas such as schools and hospitals.
We are able to provide operatives trained in workplace first aid.

This means that all of our operatives receive all the support and training necessary, as well as diverse on the job experience to ensure that they can develop their skills to the highest levels in the industry.
Greens are committed to employing young people as part of our apprenticeship scheme. Every year we recruit three to four young people with an interest in our trade. We provide the support and training to allow our apprentices to develop into industry leading tradesmen.
Green are looking for hardworking and enthusiastic young people aged 16-19 who have a willingness to learn and develop their skills. We are seeking young people who want to learn a trade, which will stay with them for life. Some experience of painting and decorating can be useful although it is not mandatory.
We expect basic competence in maths and English as well as the ability to interact politely with our customers. Ultimately, we are looking for somebody with the determination to be the very best at their trade whilst providing the excellent levels of customer care and trustworthiness that our clients have come to expect from us.

As the founder of our company, David worked as a decorator for over 20 years before establishing Greens. Having focused solely on the management of the business since 1984, David is responsible for the continuing success of the company.
Freddie is tasked with day-to-day management and is ultimately responsible for all operational aspects of the business from purchasing to customer relations. His key role is to maintain our reputation for excellence in all that we do.
Robbie joined the company in 1990 aged 16 as an apprentice and worked as a tradesman until 2013. Robbie is now project management trained and oversees projects from estimation to completion.
