Supplied in rolls, dry glass fibre filter media is used in spray booths to catch wet and dry over spray. This can be used with the Airclean Pad Frame System and Front Withdrawal Frame to create a large area of filters in a Spray Booth.
Activated Carbon Panel Filters are generally manufactured using the bonding process to provide a rigid panel which is often called a “Biscuit”. The bonded carbon biscuit can be framed in a metal channel so that it can be easily slid into channel holding frames mounted into ductwork or filter housings. The panel is finished in a “fabric facia” which minimises the dusting from the panel.
Airclean manufacture a Gridmesh Style Grease Filter. These filters are suitable for the removal of grease, fats and oils from kitchen or industrial extract systems.
This filter is manufactured from two interlocking sheet steel trays with square punched grids making for a high strength, durable filter. This Mesh Style Grease filters is available with or without handles and drain holes, and can be manufactured in Stainless Steel Grade 430 (mirror finish) or Grade 304 (brushed finish).

Airclean manufacture air filter housings, frames and casings, for all styles of air filters including panels, activated carbon filters and HEPA filters. Housings are available for duct mounted systems, front withdrawal within air handling units or ventilation voids, and terminal style housings for mounting within ceilings.
Multiple frames can be fixed together in unlimited formations to provide a filter bank of any size to suit any desired airflow.

The Airclean Indoor Air Quality Filtration System can be used with Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery Systems in domestic houses for the reduction of Particulate Matter (PM10 and PM2.5) and Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2, Nox, NO) to within the limit values set in EU and UK legislation. Due to simplicity of the unit it is designed to work with market domestic and commerical MVHR units without the need for fan upgrades or modifications.
Airclean manufature Air Handling Units to specification design for agents and OEM clients across the UK. Our skilled fabrications division use CAD and CNC punching techniques to build air handling units in sheet steel constructions and the more common aluminium pentapost construction system.
Airclean manufacture twin fan air handling units ideally suited for Toilet Extract Systems where an automatic change over is available should a fan failiure occur. Twin fans can be manufactured for indoor or outdoor use, and can include control panels where required.
Airclean have built many HEat Recovery Air Handling units for use in restaurants, swimming pools, and shopping centres for many big high street names. Using both heat recovery wheels and blocks, air handling units are designed and built to suit the application and the space, including low profile descreet air handling units.

Paint Arrestor is a spray booth filter used as a primary overspray filter in spray booths for cars, furniture and other items. This dry glass fibre filter media is used in spray booths to catch wet and dry over spray. This can be used with the Airclean Pad Frame System and Front Withdrawal Frame to create a large area of filters across the extract of the spray booth. Alternatively this may be stretched and “clipped” into position.
For use in spray booths for cars, furniture, and other products where dry and wet paints, lacquers and varnishes are used. Secondary Synthetic Filter Media should be used as a secondary filter after a primary overspray filter such as a Cardboard Concertina Filter, or Glass Paint Arrestor Media. The secondary filter is designed to capture fine spray to protect ducting and fans prior to air discharge.
Cardboard Concertina spray booth filters can be used with any paint, varnishing or lacquer spraying applications for cars, furniture, or other products.
