Reedway Precision are precision engineers and specialise in the production of complex engineering solutions. Our wide array of CNC plant enables our experienced team to tackle one offs for rapid prototyping and tooling when required.
Operating out of modern facilities in the south of England we are driven by the pursuit of manufacturing excellence. We are continuously investing in our staff and capabilities to bring you market leading services. We take real pride in what we do and underpin our vision of excellence through rigorous quality control procedures at every step.
Reedway excel in producing complex and difficult to machine assemblies; working with the most demanding industries, we are able to provide full compliance certification including, ASME, Fair and CoC reports.
We are able to work to a client’s data however; we have the capabilities to provide a fully turnkey service, assisting with the design, manufacture and assembly to OEM clients in the aerospace, marine, construction and medical industries.
The introduction of the two Negata last year, was another big step for Reedway, and they are now an integral part of the manufacturing solutions we provide. The Negata’s enable us to cut 7 horizontals! These machines are high production, twin pallet, 4 axis machines enabling us to provide greater flexibility within our machining facility.
As result of our investment program, 2016 saw the successful launch of Reedway’s Turnkey Service, providing clients with design, including 3D modelling, project management, manufacturing, finishing and assemblies of complex sub assemblies, we see this facility developing and becoming a core element of the services we provide.
Reedway believe ensuring skilled and engaged workforce is critical to the continued success and growth of the Company. Therefore we have made a commitment to our employees by participating in the “Investors in People” standard; we are hopeful of achieving full Investors in People status during the course of 2017. As part of this process, we identified a skills gap within the engineering industry and to address this, we launched the Reedway Apprenticeship Scheme during 2016, currently we have three successful apprenticeships and we will be looking to increase this number during the next two years.
