We are pleased to announce that the M J Wilson Group Ltd has completed the acquisition of Pipefit Supplies Ltd with effect from 30/1/2015.
The acquisition brings together two long established industrial supply companies, enabling us to combine our market expertise, geographical reach, service capabilities and technical experience, to provide customers with a broader range of products, supported by an extensive branch and field sales network throught the U.K.
We are all very excited by the new partnership opportunities this will open up to us, which will create a much larger organisation capable of everything from trade counter sales right through to major turnkey projects.
Pipefit is a specialist in the supply of quality controlled industrial pipeline components. For over 29 years, we have provided our diverse and international client base including Refineries, On & Off Shore, Chemical and Process users with a consistently reliable and flexible supply chain which is quality assured by BSI to ISO 9001:2008.
