Farminer Developments is a professional and energetic building and development company, that consistently looks to improve the work and experiences of new and existing clients. With a wealth of experience and excellent track record, we are in a position to undertake all types of residential projects.

At Farminer Developments our mission is to not only provide a high quality service and product for the client, but to be at the forefront of health & safety compliance and adherence within the construction industry. Such target will protect the wellbeing of all personnel on and off site.

Farminer Developments has been established for over 70 years. With this comes a wealth of experience and are therefore able to ensure the finer details of a project are considered and executed to the clients exact requirements. To complement our services we work with a select number of sub contractors who are all extremely experienced and hold the same work ethics.
From our first informal meeting to completion we offer you our commitment of a comprehensive schedule of works, (if not supplied by an architect) and a detailed timetable. Regular meetings with the project manager during the project and at any other times that are required by either party. We pride ourselves on our after sales service and are always here to help the client during and after the work.
Ian has over 30 years of experience within the company, a carpenter and joiner by trade, he became Managing Director of Farminer Developments in 1993. This vast wealth of experience allows Ian to provide the client with comprehensive advice on all project stages including Project Inception to Construction delivery.
Marc has worked within the company for over 10 years and is a fourth generation Farminer. Working alongside Ian, Marc is involved in the day to day management of projects, enabling the delivery of projects on time and to the high quality benchmarks the company sets. Marc has a Bsc (Hons) degree in Project Management for Construction.
Kim is responsible for the financial running of the company and administrative requirements so as to meet statutory duties.
Our organisation employs a number of highly trained and skilled tradesmen and working site managers, many of whom have worked for Farminer Developments for many years.
Farminer Developments utilises the expertise of a select number of highly skilled specialist sub-contractors, with a proven track record of delivering projects to the high standards that our organisation expects.
We are committed to training apprentices in their chosen trades. Several of our tradesmen have completed their apprenticeships with us and continue to be employed by the company.
