Colin formed CJDP in 1990 and has been the driving force behind its continued growth. As Managing Director he has focused on developing a people driven design engineering company-they are its best asset. The sectors he most enjoys working in are high end retail and historic and listed buildings.

Jo joined CJDP in July 2013 as Business Development Manager. Jo works across all sectors for CJDP including retail, commercial and residential. ' I enjoy working in the fast moving world of retail store design as they are more prepared to consider trying out new technologies and innovative solutions. I have also enjoyed project managing the new website for CJDP, which is about to be launched.'

George is an experienced Engineer in all aspects of Electrical Services design and provides support to the rest of the team as well as managing his own projects. He particularly likes challenging tasks and keeping abreast of the advances in technology and working practices that are so prevalent in our industry nowadays.

Kerry joined CJDP in January 2002 and became Company Secretary in 2005. She has worked within the building services industry for the past 16 years and has over 20 years experience in office management. During her time here Kerry has taken on the responsibility of running the HR, finance and payroll departments in addition to the day to day running of the office.
