ABOUT SCOTT PLANT HIRE (YORKSHIRE) LIMITED

The following years have seen many changes. Our working projects have varied massively from open cast to civil engineering. We have been involved in the development of schools, hospitals, airports, new build housing, shopping centres and the network of roads in and around the north of England. We are proud to have been involved with the world renowned RHS Chelsea Flower Show where, as part of a highly skilled team, our gardens were awarded numerous awards, which include the coveted Gold Award for two years in succession. There are few developments in and around our region that haven’t seen the involvement of one or more of our machines or trucks. The mass of experience gained from these varied projects has established Scott Plant Hire as a leader in the plant hire industry. We are very proud of our history and the achievements we have made throughout our journey.

Still owned by the founding family, we have built an experienced team of management and staff that support the core ethos of our company: Customer Satisfaction. We endeavour to aim high, deliver high and overcome obstacles with a professional manor that sets us apart from the competition. Our purpose built premises sit on a large 1 acre site, situated between Leeds and Bradford just off the M62 /M1 corridor. This geographical stronghold allows us to easily serve the whole of the Yorkshire region and beyond.

As we move forward, we are excited about what the future holds: Our continued investment into staff and new equipment, our commitment to health and safety, to ensure a safe working environment, our expansion of services, as we deliver more categories to fulfil our customers needs, our continued passion for the industry we work in and the prospect of a third generation of family management.
