Sundial is a privately owned limited company with 30 years trading experience, VAT registered and based in Crawley, West Sussex. All our trades people have experience in working on timber framed properties. Usually we operate on a total build basis but can offer a project management service or complete individual areas of a house whilst it is under construction. So whether you want a total build or a timber frame kit erection and all the exterior complete-all finishes, or to supply/fit your kitchen, sanitaryware or electrics Sundial Developments will be able to provide a fully professional service carried out by highly experienced timber frame specialists.

If you have not yet finalised your design on your plot then we are able to offer you a complete design service and process your planning application.

As all the homes we build are individual and exclusive to your needs we like to work in close partnership with our clients so the first step is always a meeting to discuss how we are going to complete your home from the design you have created.

As we have an extensive team of skilled trades people we are able to quote for building and landscaping projects that are smaller than a complete new house. For example Extensions, Refurbishments, Garages, Porches, Staircases, Driveways and Landscaping.

Our client, like many of our recent customers, owns an established property with a large garden but now needs a smaller, energy efficient home with a reduced garden. This build is at the rear of the existing family home making it ideal for us to work closely with the client.
