Construction is supervised by the management team of father and son Philip and Matthew Jenkins who use a skilled and dedicated locally employed team to carry out the work.
When the house is completed, a thorough test of the systems is made on handover to the customer before a detailed package of information, NHBC approvals and system warranties are provided together with a helpful demonstration of their use.
Jenkins Developments has 30 years experience locally and brings with this a reputation for reliability and care. They are easily accessible for any help that may be required as are their very experienced team of local tradesmen. In addition, although not obliged under the terms of the NHBC warranty to carry out post purchase maintenance and remedial work, Jenkins Developments operate a discretionary customer care program which covers the first six months following the sale completion.
